You may notify us by email to firstname.lastname@example.org to cancel the order immediately. Prior to shipment, cancellation is unconditional and no questions asked.
Upon receipt of the cancellation notice, any payment made for the purchase will be refunded in full (purchase amount plus shipping charges, if any). Accepted local payment by Funds Transfer will be refunded by cheque.
However, if the ordered merchandise has been shipped out, the shopper will bear the cost of shipping them back to us. No authorization is required. Full refunds will only be made upon receipt of the returned merchandise in original packing and good condition.
