Terms of Sales
To shoppers, buying over the web may simply means several clicks away and mixed with risks of Credit Card fraud. In reality, the full order process (from shoppers making the order up to the receipt of goods) may require extensive manual intervention.
Please run through our terms of sales, so as to have mutual understanding of expectations and outcomes.
The following terms govern all contracts made by Newlook Marketing:
- 30-days Moneyback guarantee. Newlook Marketing guarantees that all hosiery items offered for sale are genuine and in good order unless otherwise stated. Please study the full description of the item to check its features and size suitability. More details.
- Shipping charges. We do not profit from shipping. For local orders (Singapore), delivery is free (free registered mail for purchase amount of S$50 or more. For International orders, we charge almost the exact amount to be paid to our delivery/courier service providers (SpeedPost, UPS, FedEX). No handling fees added. However, any customs duties and import tax are to be bore by shopper. Check out our Shipping Rates in our Shipping policy.
- Payment. We gladly accept credit card payment by Visa, MasterCard, Delta, EuroCard, Switch, Solo, JCB card (WorldPay) and Visa, MasterCard, American Express card, Discover, e-Check (PayPal) as well as bank debit, money order and bank drafts, ENETS, Funds transfer (ATM & Internet Banking) and check/cheque.
- Payment Security. All card payments are done via our payment gateway with WorldPay® or PayPal® in a secure server environment (https) with SSL 128-bit encryption technology. In the unlikely event that anything happened with your credit card transaction, we would assume all liability. We'd work with your card company to cover any cost and minimize whatever hassle for you. - Credit Card information. Never send your credit card number and verification number over email, not even to us.
- Privacy and Confidentiality. We treat all transactions and customers' particulars with the strictest confidence. See our Privacy Policy and Information Security Policy.
- Product images. We will always do our best to reproduce the pictures of the socks and stockings to the best possible quality over the Internet, with some compromise to reduce transmission time over the Internet. All pictures in the catalogue are small (faster to show on the screen), which when clicked on, then goes to a larger better quality image.
- Orders. All orders are accepted on the basis that payment is made prior to the delivery of the item. We regret that we cannot accept any COD.
- Order confirmation. Upon completion of the payment process, shopper will immediately receive an automated acknowledgement email showing full details of the order request.
- Order cancellation. Cancellation is unconditional. You may reply to accounts@newlook.com.sg or fax to (65) 67900608 to cancel the order immediately. More details.
- Order Rejection. Newlook Marketing reserves the rights to refuse any payment, cancel the order and refund the full purchase amount.
- Ship out period. For orders by online payment (credit card, bank debit), we will normally ship out the merchandise within 24 hours. For offline payment (money order, bank draft, cheque), goods will only be shipped out upon receipt of the payment material. We honour all order cancellations that are prior to shipment. - Delivery delay. Should there be any delay, shopper will be notified by Email and have the option to wait a day or more, or to cancel the order and get a full refund; no administrative fee charged.
- Delivery Time is calculated online based on destination country. Delivery time shown is expressed in terms of business days to reach major cities. See our estimated Transit Time in our Shipping policy.
- Returns & Refunds If you are not fully satisfied with the purchased merchandise, you can send them back (notification within 30 days) in original packing for a full refund (less postage). For the return of unopened items within 90 days, refund is unconditional ! More details.
- Insurance. All international deliveries are insured in transit by us as an option. If you need to send or return anything to us, you should arrange to cover them under your own insurance. If you choose not to insure for low-value orders, we will not be responsible for any lost or late delivery of the merchandise.

- Singapore law shall govern any disputes arising out of the sale of any items referred to on this website.
