30-Days Moneyback Guarantee

Newlook Marketing offers a 30-days money-back guarantee from date of receipt of merchandise (60 days for medical hosiery) that all our delivered products are genuine and free from manufacturing defects unless otherwise stated.

This guarantee excludes holes, snags, tears, or other damage as a result of normal wear. Worn items or items with damaged packaging are not refundable.

For returns of defective items, please notify us at accounts@newlook.com.sg within 30 days. Then send the goods to: Newlook Marketing, Jurong Point Post Office, P.O. Box 593, Singapore 916420 with an explanation and we will promptly replace it or refund your money. For exchange, the goods must be in original packing.

For defective items, we approve all requests for refund or exchange if the merchandise is returned within 90 days from the date of purchase. For returns due to other reasons after 30 days, refunds will be on a case by case basis, within 90 days.

Additionally, we also accept returns/refunds for purchase made as a result of deceptive information shown on the website leading to the purchase.
