For payments by Money order, bank draft, cheque/check or postal order :

After completing the online order form successfully, you will receive an automatic email containing the order details, payment details and contact information. Please check your email and verify that the order details are correct.

Goods will only be shipped out upon payment clearance. Estimated delivery time is in business days and is clearly indicated when you choose the type of shipping method.

Newlook Marketing offers a 30-days money-back guarantee from date of receipt of merchandise (60 days for medical hosiery) that all our delivered products are genuine and free from manufacturing defects unless otherwise stated. Worn items or items with damaged packing are not refundable.

In an out-of-stock situation, affected eShoppers will be notified immediately by email and given the option to cancel the order.

For returns of defective items, please notify us at accounts@newlook.com.sg within 30 days. Then send the goods to: Newlook Marketing, Jurong Point Post Office, P.O. Box 593, Singapore 916420 with an explanation and we will promptly replace it or refund your money. For exchange, the goods must be in original packing.
