Returns and Refunds Policy

Notify us by email within 30 days to accounts@newlook.com.sg and send the goods back with an explanation for a full refund. No return authorization is required.

For the return of unopened items within 90 days, refund is unconditional !

For defective items, we approve all requests for refund or exchange if the merchandise is returned within 90 days from the date of purchase.

For returns due to other reasons after 30 days, refunds will be on a case by case basis, within 90 days.

For exchange, goods must be in original packing. Note that items that are damaged in the course of normal use may not be accepted for refund.

Additionally, we also accept returns/refunds for purchase made as a result of deceptive information shown on the website leading to the purchase.

Approved refunds will only be made upon receipt of the returned merchandise. Our means of refund varies depending on the mode of payment:

For refund amount less than US$1 or purchase period exceeding 90 days, we will normally convert it to online credit for subsequent purchases.
