- Product images
We will always do our best to reproduce product images to match the actual physical goods. However, to compromise transmission time over the Internet and due to different display settings, image colors may not appear exactly the same.

Never send your credit card number and verification number over email, not even to us.

- Shipping chargesFor local orders (Singapore), delivery is free; free registered mail for purchase amount of S$50 or more.
For International orders, we charge almost the exact amount to be paid to our delivery/courier service providers (SpeedPost, UPS, FedEx). No handling fees added. However, any customs duties and import tax are to be bore by shopper. Check out our Shipping Rates in our Shipping policy.
- Order confirmationUpon completion of the payment process, shopper will immediately receive a confirmation email showing full details of the order and payment.
Note: You may want to add firstname.lastname@example.org in your address book, to avoid blocking of our confirmation email.
- Order cancellationIf you wish to cancel the order, notify us at email@example.com; no questions asked.
However, if the ordered merchandise has been shipped out, the shopper will bear the cost of shipping the items back to us. More details
- Order RejectionNewlook Hosiery reserves the rights to refuse any payment, cancel the order and refund the full purchase amount.
- ShipmentUpon payment clearance, we normally ship out within 24 hours (next business day if the scheduled date falls on a public holiday).
Delivery Delay. Should there be any delivery delay, you will be notified by email and have the option to cancel the order for a full refund; no administrative fee charged.
Backorders. If any of your ordered items are out of stock, you will be notified by email and have the option to request a replacement, wait for replenishment, cancel the backorder item(s) or cancel the whole order.

- InsuranceAll international deliveries are insured in transit by us as an option. If you need to send or return anything to us, you should arrange to cover them under your own insurance. If you choose not to insure for low-value orders, we will not be responsible for any lost of merchandise.
- Integrated Order TrackingFor all international orders and local orders using registered mail or courier services, you may track the status of your shipment online at:
For registered airmail, please accomodate a few days of delay if your parcel does not arrive within the estimated delivery period, especially during festive periods.
