In an event that the parcel is not tracable after 2 months from the date of enquiry, you will be compensated up to a maximum value of US$46.04.

For local shoppers (Singapore), Registered mail is free for purchase amount exceeding US$33.85.

Registered airmail is available only for purchases not exceeding US$135.40.

Tracking status is available online on USPS website. For destination without USPS postal service, tracking is available up to the point the parcel leaves Singapore.
