Shipping Policy, Rates and Transit Time

We offer very comprehensive shipping policy and favorable shipping rates.

For local orders (Singapore), we offer free delivery. For purchases exceeding S$50, free delivery is by registered mail.

For International orders, we charge the exact amount to be paid to the delivery/courier service provider of your choice in order to ship the ordered merchandise to you. There's no handling fee or other hidden costs.

Ship Out Time

Upon clearance of the payment, we can normally ship out within 24 hours.

Though rarely happens, if there is an out-of-stock situation, you will be notify by email and given the choice to either cancel the order, change the order or wait for the replenishment.

Singpost registered airmail is only available for purchase amount not exceeding SGD200.00 and gross weight not exceeding 3KG.

For shipping period that indicate a range, the higher period applies to destinations that are 'out of the way' from major towns or cities.

Constraints to Shipping policy

Local delivery (Singapore)
- Free delivery for purchase amount less than S$50.
- Free Registered mail for purchase amount of S$50 or more.
International Shipping
- Registered airmail - For purchase amount less than US$80.97 and weighing less than 900g. Costs US$1.35 more than the regular airmail. Transit time is 2 more business days of the regular airmail.
Packing
- All goods are packed in thick, opaque brown envelope whenever possible. For larger volume, carton box will be used.
- All quoted shipping rates are inclusive of packing materials.
- International shipping by SingPost - Weight of the packing material is calculated as follows:
