Returns and Refunds Policy
Notify us by email within 30 days (60 days for medical hosiery) to email@example.com and send the goods back with a brief explanation for a refund. No return authorization is required.
For defective items, we approve all requests for refund or exchange.
For returns due to other reasons, refunds will be on a case by case basis.
For the return of unopened items, refund is unconditional !
For exchange, goods must be in original packing. Note that items that are damaged in the course of normal use may not be accepted for refund.
Additionally, we also accept returns/refunds for purchase made as a result of deceptive information shown on the website leading to the purchase.
Note that shipping charges is not refundable as we have already paid this amount to the delivery agent for the delivery service.
Approved refunds will only be made upon receipt of the returned merchandise. Our means of refund varies depending on the mode of payment:
For refund amount less than US$1 or purchase period exceeding 90 days, we will normally convert it to online credit for subsequent purchases.
