Shipping Policy, Rates and Transit Time
We offer very comprehensive shipping policy and favorable shipping rates.
For local orders (Singapore), we offer free delivery. For purchases exceeding S$50, free delivery is by registered mail.
For International orders, we charge the exact amount to be paid to the delivery/courier service provider of your choice in order to ship the ordered merchandise to you. There's no handling fee or other hidden costs.

Ship Out Time
Upon payment clearance, we normally ship out within 24 hours. For International order, delivery will be scheduled on Mon or Thu (next business day if the scheduled date falls on a public holiday).
Delivery Delay. Should there be any delivery delay, you will be notified by email and have the option to wait a day or more, or to cancel the order and get a full refund for any payment made; no administrative fee charged.
Backorders. If any of your ordered items are out of stock, you will be notified by email and have the option to request a replacement, wait for replenishment, cancel the backorder item(s) or cancel the whole order.

Tracking Your Shipment
We have developed an Integrated Order Tracking system, to track the shipping status for all shipping except local regular mail.
For SingPost registered airmail to U.S., you can now track your parcel via USPS online tracking.
Constraints to Shipping policy
- Local delivery (Singapore)
- Free delivery for purchase amount less than S$50.
- Free Registered mail for purchase amount of S$50 or more.
- International Shipping
- Registered airmail - For purchase amount less than US$89.15 and weighing less than 900g.
- Registered airmail - For purchase amount less than US$89.15 and weighing less than 900g.
- Packing
- All quoted shipping rates are inclusive of packing materials.
- All goods are packed in thick, opaque brown envelope whenever possible. Packing weight added is 30g.
- For larger volume, carton box will be used. Packing weight added ranges from 80g to 150g, depending on the volume of the merchandise.
- International Courier Service. Packing weight added ranges from 120g to 250g (inclusive of shipping invoices and custom declaration forms).
- Transit Time
- Transit time is in business days, excluding Saturday, Sunday, public holidays and custom delays.
- If a time range is indicated, the lower range refers to the estimated time to reach major cities.
